COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN
Measures to Protect Employee & Customer Health:
· Tele-working opportunities maximized (appointments via Tele-health when appropriate).
· Employees will not work if showing any symptoms of illness.
· Employees & Customers temperatures taken before entering (must be less than 100F).
· Frequent hand washing/sanitizer, required at beginning and throughout session as needed.
· Employees & Adult Customers wear facial coverings within 6’ of others.
· All work stations separated by more than 6’.
· Common areas (clinic & bathroom) disinfected after use.
· Personal protective equipment used by SLP.
· Hand-washing station with soap & water available in bathroom.
· “Groups” limited to individuals from same household.
· Services will be provided outdoors when possible/weather permitting.
· There will be no shared use of materials until fully disinfected.
· No personal items inside of office, and removal of shoes before entering.
· SERVICES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
· Limited in-office appointments, with cleaning between appointments.
· Individual sessions only, no group sessions.
· Use of air filtration system with UV sanitation & maximal ventilation (weather permitting).
· As of 1/7/2021, SLP has received both doses of Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.
*All SAFETY MEASURES MANDATED BY THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH ARE INCLUDED IN THIS PLAN AND HAVE BEEN IMPLEMENTED AS OF 5/6/2020
